FDA Blames Dirty Equipment, Stagnant Water for Listeria Outbreak

In the most recent report from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration Wednesday, pools of stagnant water and old, hard-to-clean equipment at a Colorado farm's cantaloupe packing facility were blamed as the cause for the deadliest outbreak of foodborne illness in 25 years
